Privacy policy
Tintfin is a browser-based Mermaid tool. Its v1 features process your work in your browser and do not send it to Tintfin.
Mermaid source and uploaded images
Mermaid source you type or import is processed in the current browser tab to render a diagram. Images you upload are read, decoded, previewed, and analyzed in that tab to create a theme. Tintfin does not upload or save your source or images. Generated previews and exports are produced locally in your browser.
Direct image URLs
When you load a direct image URL, your browser makes a request to the image’s host. That host may observe the request. The host must grant cross-origin access through CORS for the browser to read the image; if it does not, the image cannot be loaded by Tintfin.
Accounts, analytics, and storage
V1 has no accounts, product analytics, or telemetry. Tintfin does not persist your Mermaid source, uploaded images, or work between visits.
